Snow Goose (Chen caerulescens). The flocks of Snow Geese are a lot smaller to my eye than they were in the 1980s when we first started watching them. One year the Fish and Wildlife Service had counted 25,000 Snow Geese in November. Chincoteague NWR, Accomack County, VA, 2007.
