The lake completely froze over durning night. Quite a few birds were around, not sure what to do. Throught out the day, they were walking around and at times huddled up in a ball for warmth. It was interesting watching them comming in for a landing, slipping and slideing around. They came a shore feeding at times...Within a couple of days they will leave for the south. A couple will not make the journey.
