How Much Would You Do For Your Mate

By the Lake Park Wetaskiwin, Alberta

How much would you do for your mate? Two of the geese here cannot fly however they will stay with one another for life. So far we have had -38c and today a heavy blizzard and -17c. The good part is that all the nature lovers here feed them on a daily basis. The water is kept open by aeration for the trout.. I really think they will make it if the coyotes don't get them. It will be a first. The Fish and Wild Life were call on this and they would do nothing... said it was not safe. I know they could have been caught...That's a different story. They could have left with a good image and now it is tarnished. I will keep you updated as the time goes by..

Man could learn a lot from the beasts of the forests and the birds if only they would listen.
