This is one of the small creeks that run into the Adam's River. At the deepest spot probably would be over one foot deep. As you can see the sockeye salmon in this photo it is lucky to be 4 inches deep. This the main area where they spawn. Where this is taken is about 100 feet higher than the Adam's River. Almost like the rain forests, some cedar trees over 3 feet in diameter. Just beautiful there, quiet and the solitude...
