This area is know as Richmond which is located about 10km south of Pigeon Lake, Central Alberta. If you take a close look you find how diversified an area can be. There are a few oil battery stations, some logging areas, fields in wheat, alfalfa meadows. In the bottom is a swampy area with lots of deer and moose. Lots of upland game such as sharp tail grouse, ruffled grouse, some ducks and geese. In this area there is also bison farms as well as elk farms... I worked in this area for about 15 years in the Power line field. Those were good years. This day brought back many memories.
