The Canada Geese arrived in the first week in March..They finally started comming to the By the Lake Park in the last couple of days. The first shots of them were taken today March 22nd. Hope to get some excellent shots this year...Ice was off by By the Lake Park April 25.2007..Sad to say but this will be the first year that this park only had one hatch of three which moved to another area. This spring had very hight water and very cold and now there isn't one goose to be seen. The day use of the Seniors has really dropped off. Wildlife had a great meaning in their lives...Maybe next year. We may get a few dropping by in the fall when they head south..
