Hot Air Balloon Safety Concerns

Many of you will be fully aware of the Hot Air Balloon Safety Judiciary which was first published over a year ago & prior to the latest accident in the Serengeti. The concept is quite simple, whilst it's not at all legally binding in a real world court, it serves its purpose as deterrent to others that might consider reckless actions towards pilots.

Owing to the high workload brought about by threats of legal action, I have set to one side various assets of this aviation or correctional facility, yes we have a backlog. For now, we are not staffing the enquiry room nor the charge room or court room, we are inundated with cases right now. However, we are not only maintaining the Dreaded Dungeon of Disgrace, yet extending this facility. Previously we had two sets of detainees both were housed in the same dungeon. In order to avoid overcrowding, they are now to be separated into individual dungeons.

With one operator going on to have yet another fatal accident, we have constructed the Deeper Dreaded Dungeon of Disgrace (DDDD)Yes they now have a 4D rating, the lowest available at this time. There you will learn of the disgraceful activities that have been going on for quite some time.
