An antique, 19th Century or earlier Tibetan tsakli painting depicting within an aureole of highly stylised flames stands a wrathful, three faced, 4 armed yellow bodied deity wearing a tiger skin dhoti and swirling celestial scarf, and stepping to the right. His hands hold variously a flame-tipped sword, a noose, a dharmacakra and a dorje-shaped, gold bound club. He wears multiple necklaces, earrings, armlets, bracelets an anklets and his 3 heads wear diadems with gold-flared skulls. Nestled in his hair ias a small head surmounted by a triple-skulled diadem. A single line of Tibetan text to the reverse.
