Almost by chance Sohil, Vishal, and I found ourselves with overlapping vacation to make this trip possible. Again leaving things to chance, we were completely unprepared for the cold and hypoxia of Peru at 4500m. The trip did bring us closer, literally - spending nights huddled in the tent, shivering, sleepless, anxiously awaiting daybreak. Oh and the scenery and stuff were pretty amazing and spectacular too... This trip was shot with the aging Rebel XTI. I stopped hiding behind B&W this time and processed exclusively in color which was pretty tough - harsh Peruvian sunlight still left a difficult hue and color cast on some of these.
