01082006 after just four days "Pheasant" is disembowelled

I totally love Pheasant - he rapidly became my favourite soft toy for tug of war and shaking games. I even learned the word "pheasant" very quickly, so that when Dad said "where's Pheasant?" I knew exactly which toy he meant and ran to fetch it!

Unfortunately I was a little too energetic with Pheasant today... Dad and I are hoping that Mum will be able to sew him back together. In the meantime he is sitting in his injured state on top of a bookcase, out of reach - and I have been staring at him all evening.

(dad: it's been a hectic day and I am posting this very late - will have to catch up on sleep before I catch up on commenting!)

Poor Pheasant... If it's any consolation, Cathi has to keep the needles and thread ready all the time for amputated limbs on Teddy's toys...

Funny shot. Nice focus and dof on the torn Pheasant. I think the real Pheasant tastes
better.

Pooch, you have injured your new best friend. Be gentle with pheasant once Mum mends him.

Poor Pheasant. They need to make "tougher" stuffed animals for Westies!

Pheasant needs to be stitched with fishing line, Pooch.

Looks like a fine Pheasant, Pooch. Would definitely cause some turf wars at our house.
