Mum has caught Dad's cold and it was raining so we did not go to the Dales after all. I think Dad
is a bit disappointed but there is always next weekend. We had a nice walky in the forest after
the rain stopped. The larch trees were a beautiful colour. Not that I can see much colour but you
know what I mean - Dad said they were nice. I think a fox has been this way... whoever it was, it
was someone very smelly!
