Today would have been Pooch’s 16th birthday.
Is it silly of us to have a birthday cake and sing ‘Happy Birthday’ in his memory?
We miss him.
Hopefully he’s enjoying his birthday too, wherever he is. :-)

Everyone who met Pooch through PBase loved his adventures and antics. Every pet lover remembers their animals and celebrates the time that they were part of the family. We still walk "Max's Woods" (1997-2013) four years on, Shelley (1982-1996) swimming along whilst we walked on the beach and Major's (1971-1986) attempts to be a canine Houdini!

Heart warming image in memory of a great little doggie. Many members of the Pbase community have very fond memories of the wonderful life of Pooch. He made us all smile. Of course, you miss Pooch! That is because he meant so much. Although no longer with us, his life is to be celebrated. Pooch is now frolicking with other beloved pets as they patiently wait at the Rainbow Bridge to be reunited with the people they loved and who loved them. Happy Birthday, Pooch. Tell Dana I miss her. She's new where you are...

Wherever Pooch is now he is free to eat cake if he wishes..I'm sure he appreciated every year just as you both do.

Happy Birthday Pooch, we miss him too. It was seven years on Saturday since Holly died and we still miss her.
