19th November 2013

Have you ever received a really interesting-smelling Christmas present and wished you could open it early?
Well...
When we last met up with the Poochgrandparents a few weeks ago, they gave Dad a big bag full of presents to open on Christmas Day.
Dad decided to store them out of sight in the bedroom wardrobe.
This afternoon, I noticed the wardrobe doors had been left open, and thought I smelled something rather goooood!
While Dad was busy downstairs, I pulled out the bag of presents, tugged each present out on the floor and had a long snifffff.
One present smelled especially appetising, so I ripped the paper off and left it in gummy pieces on the carpet.
Then I had a nice chew at the corner of the box until I opened it!
Unfortunately, that was when Dad came to investigate the tearing noises and found me!
He says I deserve international condemnation. What do you think, friends?

Dad: still trying to think of a good explanation to give my mother-in-law about what has happened! :-/
