We've been out and about today, friends, looking for butterburs. Dad goes on a butterbur hunt every February!
He says butterburs are green plants with white flowers that spring up suddenly from beneath the winter leaves and are among the
first to flower in the year. When you see them, you know it's almost Spring!
But I think butterburs are probably squ*rrels in disguise, which is why Dad is really so interested in them!
Do you think there could be any over here?
