Well friends, I was making up for lost time on walkies today! It rained all day yesterday and I
curled up cosily in my bed while Dad was out celebrating something called a Jubilee.
Apparently, a Jubilee is when an important poochmum called the Queen who is in charge of everyone,
has an anniversary of being in charge. Funnily enough, MY poochmum is in charge too (or likes to
think she is) but she never has a Jubilee. Dad says when the Queen had her Jubilee she went on a
boat on a big river which doesn't sound very fun to me as I don't like water.
I think MY poochmum is much better off NOT having a Jubilee and staying on dry land, don't you?

Dad: hope you enjoyed the celebrations! We went to an open-air event in a nearby town and got thoroughly cold and rained on!
Which, in June as one person commented, is 'very British indeed'. ;-)
