For this year's Michigan Polakis Reunion trip, we flew into Milwaukee, drove to Ruby & Trevor's home in Appleton to spend a few days, toured the entire length of the Door County "thumb" of Wisconsin with them, then made our way around Lake Michigan to Muskegon via the U.P.'s South shore of Lake Superior. After a lovely stay at a beautiful Beach House near Muskegon, we continued our circumnavigation of Lake Michigan southward through a little bit of Indiana, then northward through the East side of Illinois back up to the airport in Milwaukee. Great rocks, great glacier geomorphology, great rain storms, great to see the family especially the Nephews, Great Lakes, Shipwrecks, and Lighthouses.
Meteor Crater, AZ from our plane.
Friendship Trail across Little Lake Butte Des Morts, Fritse Park, Menasha WI (by Ruby's house)
This bridge had billions of dragonflies and spiders on it.
