Kofa: March 20 - 22, 2009

Kofa Wildlife Refuge. Too windy for observing Friday; too cloudy Saturday. We got in a few observations though, toured the area on George's ATVs (thanks George!), met a grad-student wildlife biologist who is studying the big horn population, and finally hiked into the Palm Canyon with Chris--everything was magical and beautiful and flowery--lots o' rhyolite!
