Actually there are a zillion 'no standing' signs on the island. Can you
imagine some prision cell conversation .....
First Inmate: "Yep, I'm here because I took an axe and chopped up my wife, so what are you in for?"
Second Inmate : "Well, I got caught standing under a 'no standing' sign at a park."
