I was born in America but my whole family is from peniche i use to go there all the time but now its been 4 years and it stinks horably i have tons of good friends there an i miss them all its all about Casal Garcia. we once had the best ocean and isaland view of all of Peniche. im just glad to get a glimpse of Peniche every now and than

I have cousins that still live in Peniche and I use to go every year. Now I haven't gone in 6 years and these picture just bring back the greatest memories. WOW!!! I was born in Caldas da Rainha and I've been living in the U.S.A. for 32 years. But my MOM, DAD, and Sister were born in Peniche. Thank You

hi everyone! i too was told that my surname was of Portuguese decent so I 'GOOGLED' it and here I am! At age 25-- I've developed a sudden desire to find my 'origins' especially after soo many people have asked me if my last name is ITALIAN or FRENCH ! (hmmmm... I'll look into it I always say)

My Last Name is Peniche and I was told years ago that the name was of Portuguese decent. If indeed my family roots are from there - then I would be proud to call this home. The pictures are breathtaking. Perhaps one day I will be able to visit. Thank you
