The people of both Tijuana and Rosarito Mexico are warm,friendly, and love to have their photos taken, always curious to learn about you, where you are from and if you are enjoying their country. The Cultural Center is very well done, a great museum and art collection with a great statue garden outside, a must see when in Tijuana.
