On The Way

This is one of my Lilac bushes. I noticed the buds a few days ago. We usually have lilacs by Mother's Day but this seems a tad early. Don't get me wrong - I love Spring but it is only mid March.

I tried something new on this image to reduce the size down. If folks think it's too small and loosing too much detail please let me know. Thanks.

Thanks Patti, now I'll have to go out and look at our lilac bush! I was hoping to stay in today! :-) That is unless Maralee drags me up the hill to pull more weeds, supposed to be close to 60 today, though we are expecting over night temps in the upper teens and lower twenty's in mid week. As far as my highly trained eye is concerned, I think this is a great example of photography, but don't take that to the bank as I don't know technical from shine-ola, but, I do know what I like, and I like it! It tells a story, Spring is on it's way, and, we are going to be smelling lilacs soon! Good show!
