Turret Arch

The Windows Road, Arches National Park, UT view map

The Turret Arch owes its name to the castle-like sandstone formation with a vertical rock point that rises directly next to the opening. The Arch is carved out of the characteristic salmon-pink Entrada Sandstone.
The main arch has a width of 11 meters and a height of 20 meters.
