The building (2007) is described as a large, modern country house internally designed as an 'upside down' house. To make optimal use of the view of the Cooley Mountains, the living room, library, and kitchen are located on the first floor, while most of the bedrooms are on the ground floor. It now functions as a yoga retreat center called Carlingford Yoga - Eagles Rock Retreat.
