You can't save the world but sometimes humans can lend a helping hand to give birds a chance. This was the seen at the Logan site Saturday morning after we had been hit by a good amount of snow. The birds appeared to be having difficulty dealing with this white stuff that had filled their nest tray.
With only a small window of time for access a quick trip was made to do some snow removal, Joli has now gone on to lay her fourth egg and incubation has begun.
Should have chicks in 30-35 days.
