Light Tent Test

This is an attempt to construct a very simple & cheap light tent. The frame is made out of pvc pipe joined with elbows & T pieces. Not glued so it can be dismantled or extended easily. A white sheet is strecthed & held over the frame with clothes pegs. Ok the strobes are also on the cheap. The first strobe is a 240v with a screw base that allows it to be screwed into any socket that accepts screw globes (cost approx $100.00 Aus, have two of these). Photosensitive slave, IR or flash will trigger it. The second is a purchased unit, full & half power selection which can also be tiggered like the first unit (cost approx $300.00 Aus). The lighting with brolleys can also be used for portraits etc. The Canon G2 is fitted with an IR flash to trigger the strobes (cost approx $100.00 Aus). Some early test shots follow.
