Technically this was a HSE, but I do not know of any individuals that went to see this eclipse at these regions. At the top of this image is a slender prominence that stretches over 120,000 miles. Nearby is a high straggler hovering at about 90,000 miles above the surface, and to the lower right is a tiny, comet-shaped bright spot.
Of course the brightest prominence is seen to the left side of the image and a slightly oblong magnetic field in the lower corona surrounds it.
