This is a CUP image.
Using a piece of green cardstock, I heat embossed the "Fall Leaves" stamp from StampersBest.com with clear embossing powder.
I made a sentiment plate and raised it on the lower right corner and added image to the upper left corner.
I just had to add "googly" eyes to the image. I attached this all to a yellow card.
