I like it but it would be better with something
in the foreground. Unfortunately there wasn't
anything available.

Actually in this case, I think a foreground element would be distracting. Very peaceful, and well composed.

Actually the horizon is straight, I checked it twice with the measure tool.

Well captured and has a graphic quality that I like very much! (I have always liked the hour before sunrise because of the beautiful and interesting light!)

Nice shot. Your horizon drops a little to the right, but that's an easy fix. It may be my screen, but you might want to up the saturation a touch too.
