Right near the entrance to the Wadi Musa Gorge section, "The Siq", the Nabateans dug an eighty meters tunnel
to divert the rainstorm flooding waters from the gorge.
The one mile long Gorge leads to the center of Petra, the city capital of the Nabatean people.
