Filipino Specialty - Angus beef w soy ginger garlic sauce, onion rings, aligue fried rice, grilled asparagus, cherry tomatoes w/ garlic and taro chips.

I would have preferred tender carabao steak but there was none on board ;)

Other main dish options were:
Modern Chinese - Braised pork w/ oriental spices finished w/ port wine, jade rice and kailan w/ oyster sauce & garlic, caramelized pepper

Asian coastal - Barbequed seafood in banana leaf w/ sweet chili sauce, roasted potato wedges, steamed carrots & chinese broccoli
