La Belle France

A short break in the le Creuse department of France, not far from Limoge. Found a great little gite there - info available for the asking. The altitude is deceptive. There are no obvious hills around but we were at 2000 feet. Hence we had snow in October - something we would never have in southern England. Still, we don't mind that, do we!

Phil, I was there in early September and it rained most of the time! I think I prefer your snow. William's working well, he's walked that trail a few times. Well done and well worth a second trip.
