At last! Colour in the world again ... today was the 1st morning this year that I've realised I'm actually not asleep all the time in the time period before I arrive at work ... Normally I wake up in a trance and, on autopilot, somehow make it to work at which point caffine takes control and jump starts me into life ...

Today was different ... the morning was sunny and fresh - Invigorating; so much so that Instead of jumping straight for the coffee machine I bought fresh apple juice and even now, at the end of the day, I haven't had a drop of caffine ... and for someone who lives off tea, that's amazing!
