After several days, we learned to raise our sails.
We went out to the bay.
We tacked. We jived.
We read the wind! We watched the water!
We close hauled. We broad reached!
We rescued many a man-overboard!
We didn't ... capsize! Ah ha hah!
We sailed under the stern direction of Captain Dan, our wonderful instructor.
A tough man, with tough ideas about going to sea.
