Fast 135mm Lenses Samigon Soligor 135mm f/1.8 Adapted To the Minolta Maxxum 7D Sony Alpha 100 Not Zeiss Sonnar T Mount M42

Samigon 135mm f/1.8 Modified to fit the Maxxum 7D 5D and Sony Alpha 100.
Originally equipped with a YS SR T mount. Probably manufactured by Sigma.

The YS Mount is the same thread as the T mount (M42/0.75) but has provision for meter coupling and auto aperture with most SLRs of the 1970s. For example, this lens can be used with the appropriate adapter for a Pentax M42 body or a Minolta SRT.

Named after the founder of the Sigma Optical Co, Michihiro Yamaki. Short for (Y)amiki (S)igma.
An innovation of Sigma, lenses with the YS mount were imported under the Spiratone, Samigon, Rokunar, Accura and other brands.

I have Spiratone and Polaris 135mm f1.8 which look exactly like the Soligor you show. I appreciate your info and gallery. Nice bokeh but sharp enough on violin orchestra pics. I gather that YS mount is T2, but CS is M42 + 0.16 so that a spacer is needed. Wow: "Named after the founder of the Sigma Optical Co, Michihiro Yamaki. Hi, Im from spain. I have a Sigma XQ 135mm 1.8 with pentax mount. The focusing ring not running soft and I think to disasembly the lens to lubricate it. Do you know how compliccated is this work? Do you have any service manual or tips to do that? Thanks a lot!! Rodrigo
