Test shot in mirror to illustrate light distribution. About 50% of the light blasts straight out the end of the flat section at the top. The remainder is divided and pretty well channeled by the light guides. A small portion scatters out at defects in the acrylic caused by overheating. Light distribution with this configuration is photographically excellent.
