Lake Wakatipu, Queenstown, New Zealand

A beautiful winter Sunday afternoon in Queenstown, New Zealand.
This was the view as I enjoyed a bowl of hot pumpkin soup and a scone at a sidewalk cafe.
I guess it was a bit cold, but I didn't miss the August heat of Central Texas for even a minute.
What a special day in a delightful city with camera in hand.

You can always add layers in the cold but can only take off so much in the heat! This is gorgeous! Beautiful capture Petesie! Almost looks like chocolate slivers on top of the mountains...like a great ice cream sundae! This is perfect! v
