Bees in January

I heard on the news a couple of nights ago that the average coldest day of the
year in Austin, Texas, is January 10. On Jan. 10 this year it was probably 80+ degrees!
The bees are a-buzzing, the trees are budding out and the birds are totally confused.
Except for one freeze that made everything brown, where did our winter go?

Great macro, Petesie. The little pansies must be very sweet, there are butterflies in mine. Winter is not over yet, we still have grey February.
