Eastern sky at sunset at my home

Yesterday I had 1/4 inch of rain at my house.....some in the area got 1 1/2 inches...I'm happy for them. This will be the hottest July in history in my part of the world and it has been difficult.
But last night it was as if my little world was smiling in gratitude.

The unusual thing about this photo is it was taken of my usual sunrise view....at sunset...this is the eastern sky at sunset. It was 360 degrees of color. All I did was crop....out of the camera color.

A wonder what a little rain can help produce. Add a great photographer in the right Place and walaa a beautiful sunset is captured. Well done Petesie.
