Black Swallowtail Larva on the move....April 22, 2005

I watched as a larva moved away from the fennel he was eating to move across
the garden, all along the rock enclosure, and then I finally lost him. I watched
him move at least 30 feet....he was unbelieveably fast.

he's on the move . .got places to be and people not to see . . . .should have a beautiful butterfly in a few weeks . . if he didn't use up all his stores motoring across your garden =]
