Seattle Center

Seattle Center was the site of the 1962 World Fair. Its focal point, the 184 m tall Space Needle, has since become a symbol of Seattle. Cluster around it are museums, educational entities, sports and entertainment venues. This 74-acre campus with plenty of open space is a natural public gathering place of the city.
