At the new shopping mall Elements (圓方), we were lucky to get this “window” booth at the Xia Mian Guan during the busy lunch hour. For this shot, I waited for the brief moment when no one was at its entrance.
Most of the restaurants at this upscale mall are quite expensive. This is one of the few economical eateries. We loved the Shanghai style dumplings and Dan Dan noodle.
