Built for Charles Chapman, a businessman and Fullerton’s first mayor, it was designed by Eugene Durfee in the Chicago School style. When completed in 1923, this five stories structure was the tallest building in Orange County.
Currently, the upper floors are occupied as professional offices with the ground floor available for retailers.
