Dusk Over The Bay

Salmon Arm, British Columbia

Looking out to Shuswap Lake. It is 1-year ago today that we
took possession of our home here after many years in
Calgary.

The wharf is a favourite walk. During the summer this wharf is
the departure and return spot for several houseboats rented by
the week. The main fleet is based at Sicamous on Mara Lake just
around the point to the upper right.

I am sure as exceptional as this image is, it most likely doesn't hold a candle to the area not seen surrounding this dock. Too bad we can't photograph in I MAX size to get the full scope of your Canada. Peter this has such wonderful mood and light, and is so superbly presented...v

The composition of the shot is wonderful! The leading line of the dock directing the viewer to the remaining light, and the plant in the lower right balancing the shot...well done.
