North Norfolk steam rally at Sheringham.
Built at Darlington works in March 1954 to a design of Robert Riddles, 78019 worked for some of its life as station Pilot at Euston station, amongst other allocations to sheds including Kirkby Stephen, Wigan Springs Branch and Crewe South. As part of British Railways' modernisation plan to abolish steam traction, it was withdrawn for scrapping and was sent to Dai Woodham's scrapyard in Barry, south Wales.
