This and the next 9 pictures to N°5112 were a test series taken under near darkness at isos ranging from 3200 to 6400 with +1 exposure bias and manual exposure (except for this 5035 shot), to see how far the D700 can be pushed under VERY poor light. The images are full of noise (grain) but still retain a lot of character for those of us who just watch images without pixel picking...Heavy post processing was necessary to give light to the near dark images with both Nikon NX (Peter) and Adobe Photoshop (Colette). This was a real photographic challenge but lots of fun.
