Black Brids on Black Friday

On our hike back to the car, around 3 PM, I have noticed the moon appearing unusually big and sharp. I looked for some foreground for it. Found a nice cottonwood and positioned myself so the moon is behind the top branches. A flock of black birds showed up and took a perch on these brunches. Beginners luck!
Obviously there has been some photoshop trickery to reproduce what my eyes have seen, but the scene is exactly what it looked like in real life.

OK, what I always wanted to do was to take a picture of a howling wolf silhouette on the top of a mountain with a backdrop of a shining moon. Black bids are no wolfs, cottonwood tree is not a mountain, but hey, one out of three aint bad.

[PL] Zdjecie zrobione w drodze do samochodu, okolo godziny 15.
