A Grand Canyon

Greenland

A view of Western Greenland from 33,000 feet.

One of my most satisfying window seats ever. The return trip from Frankfurt to LA
had us go up over Greenland. My first time ever for seeing glaciers, icebergs and
the frozen sea. I am not sure why it is called Greenland, because the roughly 2,000
miles we traversed was almost nothing but snow and ice. I was blessed with being on
the right side of the plane (literally) and having a mostly cloud-free view.
(Not the case as we passed by Iceland)

Love the patterns, Sam, and doesn't that make you feel so small.....in such a vast, open, landscape. ~

Call me crazy but I see antlers and a deer/elk in the landscape (the snow and shadows). I can't believe you keep pulling these out. You must've been snapping like crazy.
