4:30 am in the morning, Venice, Italy. Some photographers I met in a cafe at 8:00am for breakfast were boasting that they had started taking photos at sunrise (about 5:30). I stated that I had finished my photography at sunrise and all of my best images, IMO, were taken between 4:30am and 5:00am. Interesting to see their reactions when I showed the back of my camera to them ... some were royally pissed off (negative folks, their problem, not mine)and others in the same group were really impressed and were inspired to get out at 4:30am themselves! Personally, I love it when someone can show me kick-a images that are much better than mine. This is how all creative and intelligent folks grow.
