Cayo Blanco, Cuba. This uninhabited Cay (island) can only be accessed by boat ... in our case a 70 foot catamaran. The day trip was memorable ... great sailing weather, open bar, snorkeling (mediocre), incredibly clear turquoise water, brilliant white sand, and a smorgasbord of lobster and chicken barbecued on the beach. Dancing on the beach was optional, but lots of fun.
