The Painted Face

Leah and I custom designed this painted face using bits and pieces of previous designs by the artist, plus a lot of help from Adobe Photoshop. The artist was a very nice lady somewhere in Georgia, who obviously has done this sort of thing before. Brass faces were more common in New England clocks 200 years ago, but painted faces were soon to emerge. They are cheaper and easier to read.
